MB-58: Montblanc 342

Montblanc 342 (1957-60) PIF. Relatively rare DEF version with black Celluloid cap and barrel, rare blue cap top. Clear barrel window. Cap personalized with initials (M.A.N.). Fully restored. Nib: Montblanc 14c."D", extra firm, medium, copying use. Measures: 5 5/8" capped. Condition: Near Mint. The rare manifold "D" nib (DEF, actually), made for use with carbon copies. To make sure that a person reached for the right pen when needing to write with a manifold nib, the cap top is a lovely blue color. Similar to Monte Rosa 042G, 14k nib, model number 342 with black cap top and standard MB nib
