Pelikan 400 striated brown tortoise pen and ballpoint set. (c1950-54) Caps: black celluloid, PF gold filed trim, Early cap band with no inscription. Nib: Pelikan 14kt 585,EF (extra fine) relatively firm. Filling system, excellent function. Pen measures 125 mm capped. Ballpoint pen with push button activation. excellent function. Measures:124 mm. Condition: near mint.. pen and ballpoint. Very suitable for regular use and collection.
