- Esterbrook J pen series. The second from the bottom is a LF dubonnet red J pen with double black smooth jewels has a new osmiridim no 3668 med-broad nib Length closed 5 in. The second from the top is a similar J size pen with a 1555 nib. The bottom pen is a "transitional" model with a single jewel and flat bottom of the barrel and a no 1555 nib. The fourth from the top is a SJ variant-length 4 3/4 ". Price depends on condition, variant-size and nib. The J" pen, introduced in 1948, is generally recognized as the "classic" iconic Esterbrook. Main variants include the standard size J, (cap and barrel jewels different sizes.. The cap and barrel jewels are same size in the LJ ( standard, slender) and SJ ( short, slender) varieties. Colors include: Black, Dubonnet Red, Brown, Copper, Fern(dark) green, Foliage green, cobalt Blue, Pearl Gray and Dawn (dark) gray. Keystock (c.1920) GF, engine turned check pattern. LF, Warranted medium-Broad, left oblique nib with moderate flex. Slight brassing barrel end and top of cap. Fully restored and functional. Measures 5 1/8" closed. Condition: Excellent.

Parker Pen base Ovoid Ruby Bubble Glass Ball (c 1947) inscribed "Parker" on gold filled base and pen holder. Parker 51 Burgundy Vacumatic fill desk pen marked (7.) Nib: med with mod flex. Restored. Measures: 3 x 4". Condition: extra fine.

Murray-Gilbert dip pen with base (c.1850). Marble stand with enamel trim is in perfect condition. Dip pen is probably sterling silver, but is unmarked. Large fine nib is very flexible and smooth.
