Pelikan 400 (c 1954-64) Cap: Black celluloid. Barrel: Black transparent striated tortoise. Piston Filler, Gold filled trim. Nib: Early Pelikan (c 1954). Fine (F) with responsive semi flex. Measures: 125 mm capped. Condition: near mint. The black tortoise is relatively rare. Excellent for regular use and is especially collectible.
