Pelikan 400 (c 1954-57) Cap: black resin. Barrel: brown tortoise; Piston Filler. Transparent barrel. Fully restored with excellent function. Nib: Pelikan- early, double broad (BB) with very good flex. Measures: 129 mm capped. Condition: near mint. No signs of prior use. Very suitable for regular use or collection. Go Top
