Pelikan 400NN. c1952-57 Piston Filler. Cap: black resin, barrel: green tortoise. Perfectly transparent. Nib: early Pelikan 585 (OF) fine with moderate flex. Fully restored with excellent function. Measures: 133 mm capped. Condition: near mint. No signs of prior use. Very suitable for regular use or collection.
