Pelikan 400N. PIF. Black Celluloid cap. "Pelikan 400 inscription. Single GF band. Barrel: Fully restored with excellent function. Nib: marked Pelikan 14 C, medium has excellent flex. Measures: 128 mm capped. Condition: near mint; Rarely found in this near mint condition. The 400N, manufactured for just 11 months in 1956, is the least common of the early 400 series.
