Pelikan 400 (c 1950) is one of Pelikan's earliest 400 series. Cap and Barrel black celluloid. Barrel striated black tortoise. Cap with gold filled clip and trim. Excellent function. No defects what so ever. Nib: Early, appropriate Pelikan 585 oblique fine (OF) with outstanding responsive flex. Measures: 124 mm capped. Condition: Near mint. Very suitable for regular use .
