Excellent filling function. Measures: 4-5/8" capped Condition: Unused. New old stock. The Rappen was produced initially as the low-priced alternative to the higher priced Pelikan 100. It was first made as a simple bulb pump filler, as in this pen, and subsequently replaced by a piston fill mechanism. Excellent writer. An excellent example of an early classic Pelikan Rappen bulb filler. Very Collectible.
