Pelikan 400 (c 1957-60) Piston filler. Cap, section, end knob and section, black celluloid. Barrel: transparent striated green/black. Cap band, clip, gold filled trim. Nib: Medium (M) Pelikan 585 14kt. Measures: 124 mm capped. Fully restored. Condition: Near mint. Suitable for regular use or collection.
