Pelikan 400 c 1950-54). Piston Filler. Cap: Brown celluloid. Barrel: Striated tortoise transparent shell-brown. Gold filled trim. Nib: "Early" Pelikan 585, oblique fine (OF) with responsive flex. Fully restored with excellent function. Measures: 126 mm. Condition: near mint. Suitable for regular use or collection.
