Pelikan 400 c 1954 Piston Filler.Cap black celluloid, Green striated transparent barrel. Gold filled trim. Nib: Pelikan (BB) Broad, relatively firm with some responsive flex. Excellent function. Measures: 125 mm capped. Condition: near mint. Excellent for regular use or a collection.
